As a rule, no.
When electrons travel through a parallel circuit, some current flows through each of the paths. This is why, according to Kirchhoff's Current Law,
This means that more current will flow through small resistors on the circuit than through the large resistors.
Only if all of the resistors on all paths are the same will the current through each resistor be the same, but it will still be less than the total current in the entire circuit.
