Slope is 0 and intercept is -2.

Explanation:

The equation y=-2 is represented by a horizontal line parallel to x axis as on this line y is always -2..

As it parallel to x axis, its Slope is zero.

Further, it obviously intersects x axis at y=-2 and hence intercept is -2.

So the equation is

y=m*x+c , where m is slope and c is intercept and equation becomes

y=0*x-2 (as slope is 0 and intercept is -2, i.e.

y=-2.

Converting y=-2 in the form y=m*x+c will also give

Slope as 0 and intercept is -2.
