the point slope form is (4,0), m = -4

Explanation:

Point slope form is written as (a, b), m= slope
where a and b are the x and y co-ordinates of any point on the line

To find the slope use of a line (m) from two points (x_1, y_1) and (x_2, y_2), use the slope formula

m = (y_1-y_2)/(x_1-x_2)

Substituting in the values from the question

m =(0--8)/(4-6)

m=8/-2 or -4

the point slope form is (4,0), m = -4
