= 3/2x^(1/2)-1/(2x^(1/2)32x1212x12

Explanation:

By expanding the equation, you add the indices together of root x and x, which is 0.5 plus 1 which = 1.5 or 3/2. Then obviously root x times 1 is root x. You then differentiate the equation. Done!
