There exist both similarities and differences.
Explanation:
Both of these are similar as they are hot.
However as is obvious, one is a planetary core and the other a stellar core,
The Earth's core is made up of molten lava and the Sun's core of hydrogen gas. (the lightest element).
Effects are perceptible as geothermal energies and solar radiation respectively.
