Would history be different if Earth were the size of Jupiter?

Humans would indeed look different.

Explanation:

The mass of the planet being more, the force of gravity on a person would be more and the spine would be compressed more (i guess that would contribute to a weak skeleton). Even diseases like obesity would have different parameters and I guess even lifespans would be affected. (possibly arthritis might be life-threatening !).
