Domain: `(-oo, oo)`
Range: `(-oo, oo)`

Explanation:

First graph the equation in a graphing utility or by hand:
graph{2x+3 [-10, 10, -5, 5]}
Then you make a table of points. (I normally find x-values of -3 through 3)

You can do this by either plugging the x-value into the equation or by looking at the graph.

For this type of graph though the total domain and range just go off into to infinity in all directions.
