Explanation:
There are several types of leukocytes according to the haematopoiesis.
Accordingly, we differentiate: leukocytes and lymphocytes. Leukocytes exist in blood, while lymphocytes exist in plasma (lymph).
There are several other subtypes of leukocytes: eosinophils, neutrophils, basophils. They might be granulated or ungranulated. Granulated means that, since they have several 2 or more nucleus, their nucleuses are connected together, whilst ungranulated means vice versa.
Regarding lymphocytes, according to their function, there are T and B subtypes of lymphocytes. Both of them are responsible for the immunological response.
