They move in the case of the expansion of the universe (away from each other).

But they also do rotate, same way Earth rotates around the Sun! But in this case every solar system around a supermassive black hole. A galaxy which is part of a group of galaxies, called a cluster, also rotates around the center of mass of the cluster.
