$3(1 - 2x) > 3 - 6x$

Expanding the left side, we get:

$3 - 6x$

which is identical to the right side. So, for any value of $x$ , the left side is identical to the right, i.e.

$3(1 - 2x)$ is never greater than $3 - 6x$

This question is wrong!

To get rid of the 3 from $3(1-2x)$ divide both sides by 3

$3/3(1-2x)" ">" "3/3-(6x)/3$

But $3/3=1 and 6/3=2$

$1-2x>1-2x$
