Sunspots are dark spots that you see on the Sun.
Solar flares
When the Sun suddenly appears much brighter then the bright spots you see are called Solar flares.
Explanation:
- They Both Are Caused by Magnetic Activities within The Sun.
- They Show Temporary Effects on the so called Photo-sphere .
