Assign a value to x to find the value of y.

If x is #-1#, #y=(-5)^2 = 25#

If x is zero #y=(-4)^2 = 16#

If x is 1, #y=(-3)^2 = 9#

If x is 4, #y=0#

etc.

You can plot it now:
