Nope. The period and frequency do not depend on the amplitude.
The period of a pendulum equals 2pi times the square root of the length of the pendulum divided by the acceleration due to gravity. The amplitude isn't anywhere in the equation. And the period and frequency are inversely related to one another, so the frequency is also unaffected by the amplitude.
