The concentration of PNP = 69.4muM

c=n/v

c = concentration

n = no. moles

v = volume

So n=cv

In dilution problems like this the total amount of material stays the same, you are just diluting it.

A useful expression is:

C_1V_1=C_2V_2

So C_2=(C_1V_1)/(V_2)=(0.5xx125)/((775+125))=0.0694mM=69.4muM
