Very easy. If you have a given mass here is how you calculate the number of atoms:

n=m/Mn=mM

n=N/Ln=NL

mm - mass (g)
MM - molar mass (g/(mole)
nn - amount of substance (mole)
NN - number (of atoms for example)
LL - Avogadro's number 6.022 xx 10^236.022×1023
