I'm not sure what you really are asking but I'm going to guess that you want to know how to write 000000.2345000000.2345
in standard scientific notation.

If this is the case:
000000.2345 = 2.345xx10^-1000000.2345=2.345×101

Standard scientific notation is of the form
a.bcd... xx 10^k
where a is a single digit (non-zero unless the entire value is zero;
and k is the number of positions the decimal point of a.bcd... needs to be moved to the right to represent the actual value (a negative value for k indicates the decimal point needs to be moved to the left).
