The difference between Hemoglobin and Myoglobin is their 3D orientation in space, which is known as stereoisomerism.
The structures are the same, but because of their 3D orientation the amount of Oxygen that the two different molecules can hold is different.
Hemoglobin holds more oxygen than Myoglobin and is thus found in the bloodstream to transport the oxygen to rest of the body.
Whereas Myoglobin is found in the muscles which holds less oxygen and is only released when the body is in demand for it, i.e during exercise.
