O2 is not a bio molecule as it is not having any carbon and hydrogen molecules.

Explanation:

Even though you will say that for release of energy O2 must be present. but it requires fuel to be burnt O2 itself will not burn everything around it it requires fire and then fuel to burn the item.

Fuel is usually carbon and hydrogen made source which is oxidized in presence of O2. now you an see that the O2 is not a biomolecule as it does not contribute to any structural feature or production of energy on its own.
