Do you mean 7070 cLcL?

Explanation:

Bottles of spirits used to be 750750 mLmL, now they are 700700 mLmL. i.e. 0.700.70 LL (obviously the volume has reduced because of expense, and of course most of us drink too much!).

So, what's a cLcL? 11 cLcL == 10^-2L102L == 1010 mLmL. (Why? 11 LL == 1000*mL1000mL == 100xx10*mL100×10mL == 100100 cLcL

So 7070 cLcL == 70xx10*mL70×10mL == 700700 mLmL.

Note that bottles of wine still hold a 750750 mLmL volume of vino. How many cLcL is this?
