Right hand - classical direction
Left hand - electronic direction
Explanation:
You use the right hand when using the classical or conventional direction of the electric current (from + to -)
And you use the left hand when using the real or electronic direction (from - to +).
The figure below shows the two directions.
The next figure shows the right hand grip rule. The thumb points along the direction of the conventional current and the other fingers give the direction of the magnetic field.
