1g helium contains the most particles.

Explanation:

The relative atomic mass in grams of an element contains the number of particles equal to the Avogadro Constant =6.02×1023mol1

So mAr ×6.02×1023 will give you the number of particles, in this case atoms, which are present.

Using approx. Ar values:

For Al n=127×6.02×1023=2.23×1022

For C n=112×6.02×1023=5×1022

For He n=14×6.02×1023=15×1022

For Fe n=156×6.02×1023=1.07×1022

So you can see from these data that 1g of He contains the most atoms.
