Explanation:

The badges you get for contributing on Socratic are automatically displayed in your profile.

As you know, each subject you contribute to has its own badge. The only exceptions to this are the subjects that are currently being developed

The badges for these subjects will be introduced after the subjects are officially launched, and will reflect each person's contribution while the subject was being developed.

Now, I have to ask, do you think that displaying badges should not be automatic?

For example, would you like to be able to decide which badges to display in your profile and which not to display? And if so, what would your reasons be?

This is just me being curios. :)
