Here, I assume that the "gallon"gallon == 4.800*L4.800L

Explanation:

So to the calculation:

(150.0cancel" gallons" xx 4.8*cancelL*cancel("gallon"^-1))/(25.0xx10^-3*cancelL) = ??

I get a large dimensionless number.

I have used an Imperial gallon here (equivalent to 8 "pints", 4800 mL). A US gallon (= 3.785 L) will of course give a different result. I don't know which gallon you are using, and this is a good illustration of the inutility of NON SI units.
