Explanation:

Then, turn the 1 1/3 into 4/3

When you divide 4/3 by 2 it gets you 2/3

Next, using that one square root identity, sqrt(2/3) becomes sqrt2/sqrt3

Finally, remove the radical on bottom by multiplying by sqrt3/sqrt3 to turn sqrt2/sqrt3 into sqrt6/3.
