It could represent the temperature decaying with time. The law of temperature decaying is well described by

$T = T_{0} e^{- λ t}$ $T = T_0 e^(-lambda t)$

in which

$T_{0} =$ $T_0 =$ initial temperature
$λ =$ $lambda =$ cooling coefficient
$t =$ $t =$ time

but the graphic describes better a hyperbolic law (?) like

$T = T_{0} (\frac{t_{0}}{t})$ $T = T_0(t_0/t)$

instead of an exponential law.
