Explanation:

So basically, the domain is an idea of the x-values of the function and the range is an idea of the y-values of the function. Now, due to the absolute value signs, this function is mostly going to be going up up up. Now if it were just |2x-3| it would just be going straight up from y = 0 but, due to the fact it is |2x-3|-3, it is going to be down on the y-axis by three.
