Here's what I get.

The general equation for the dissociation of a carboxylic acid is

"R-COOH + H"_2"O" ⇌ "R-COO"^"-" + "H"_3"O"^+

All we have to do is write the structure for the "R" group of the carboxylic acid..

Acrylic acid

The dissociation equation is

"H"_2"C=CH-COOH + H"_2"O" ⇌ "H"_2"C=CH-COO"^"-" + "H"_3"O"^+

Lactic acid

The dissociation equation is

"CH"_3"CH(OH)-COOH + H"_2"O" ⇌ "CH"_3"CH(OH)-COO"^"-" + "H"_3"O"^+
