No, sqrt(6) is already in simplest form.

Explanation:

The prime factorisation of 6 is 6 = 2 xx 3

This contains no square factors, so there is nothing we can helpfully "move outside" the square root.

You can express it as a product of square roots, i.e.:

sqrt(6) = sqrt(2*3) = sqrt(2) sqrt(3)

but that would not generally be considered 'simpler'.
