High frequency sound .
Explanation:
See we need to know first that the window panes cannot be broken by wind , so in usual scenario we see that lightening produces sound , which is very loud and of high frequency .
Every glass has fixed frequency for which they can vibrate ,if the frequency increases that they cannot further vibrate they simply break up .
example we can see people breaking glass with there voice , this is similar phenomenon .
