By Brønsted–Lowry acid–base theory, a species formed by the reception of a proton #H^|# by a base is a conjugate acid . Again the species formed by leaving a proton by an acid is a conjugate base.

So to get conjugate acid from a base we are to add one proton #(H^+)# to it.
Hence by adding proton #(H^+)# to #HSO_4^-# we will get the conjugate acid of the given base #HSO_4^-# and it is obviously #H_2SO_4#

#HSO_4^(-) + H^+ ->H_2SO_4#
