This guy works on a lot of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs).

[Here's an example article.](http://pubs.acs.org/doi/pdf/10.1021/ja052055c) If this is not what you're looking for, try other articles.

“Metal-Organic Polyhedra Constructed from Dinuclear Ruthenium Paddlewheels”, Young, M. D.; Zhang, Q.; Zhou, H.-C.,Inorg. Chem. Acta, 2015, 424, 216-220.

From this article, we have [Cu_(12)(T TDC)_(12)(NMP)_6-(H_2O)_6]cdot13NMPcdotDMAcdotH_2O, or MOP-28:

It is known as a truncated octahedron, and it was synthesized by reacting equimolar amounts of "Cu"("NO"_3)_2cdot2.5"H"_2"O" and "H"_2"TTDC" at 85^@ "C" for 24 hours in a mixture of 2-methyl-1-pyrrolidinone ("NMP") and N,N-dimethylacetamide ("DMA").

The building blocks were "Cu"_2("CO"_2)_4 and the linking units were cis,cis-terthiophene. Ignoring terminal ligands, the overall diameter was "27 Å". The diameter of the 8 triangular apertures are "9.0 Å".

The structure is stable up to 200^@ "C" without housing any guests. Each molecule has been able to adsorb around "337 mg/g" of "N"_2 molecules (57 "N"_2 molecules).
