The radius is 68.9 m and the circumference is 433 m.

Explanation:

I am not sure what you mean by 1.49h?
1.49 hectares is equivalent to 0.01 km^2 = 1*10^4 m^2. I will find radius & circumference of a circle with area of 1.49*10^4 m^2.

Area = pi*r^2
1.49*10^4 m^2 = pi*r^2
r^2 = 1.49 *10^4 m^2/pi = 0.474*10^4 m^2
r = 0.689*10^2 m = 68.9 m

So the circumference is 2*pi*68.9 m = 433 m

I hope this helps,
Steve
