Is the world itself in motion?
Explanation:
The answer is yes; and the Earth orbits the sun at a measurable velocity, not that I know it off the top of my head. And thus to a first approx., all things in the world are in motion.
Of course, on a much smaller scale, ALL matter (so far as we know), is composed of electrons whizzing about a nuclear core. And at this micro level, all things are also in motion.
