The centripetal force is

$F=(mv^2)/r$

$m=mass=5kg$

$v=0.14ms^-1$

The variation in centripetal force is

$DeltaF=F_2-F_1$

$F_1=5*0.14^2/0.88=0.1114N$

$F_2=5*0.14^5/0.28=0.35N$

$DeltaF=0.35-0.1114=0.239N$
