The change in centripetal force is $=0.36N$

The centripetal force is

$F=(mv^2)/r$

$m=mass=9kg$

$v=0.15ms^-1$

The variation in centripetal force is

$DeltaF=F_2-F_1$

$F_1=9*0.15^2/0.45=0.45N$

$F_2=9*0.15^2/2.25=0.09N$

$DeltaF=0.45-0.09=0.36N$
