Are Question area tags handled differently in some way?
As it appears on my screen, the question at
https://socratic.org/questions/1-00-g-of-alkali-metal-carbonate-m-2co-3-is-dissolved-in-water-and-made-up-to-25
seems to to missing a hashtag.
I went into Edit the Question; copied and pasted the raw form (because I couldn't find the error) into a scratch pad; it appeared normal!
