Are there any other galaxies, aside from the Milky Way, that could possibly contain planets that have life?

Potentially hundreds.
Explanation:
We have just begun to examine exoplanets in our Galaxy and found suitable candidates.
There is no reason to rule out the possibility of other Galaxies harbouring exoplanets which are life bearing.
Also remember 'Life" may not be "life" as we know it: carbon based.
