We use the rule $ln(a) - ln(b) = ln(a/b)$ .

$=>2[ln((x/(x + 2))/(x^2- 3))]$

$=> 2ln((x)/((x +2)(x^2- 3)))$

Use the rule $alnn = lnn^a$ .

$=>ln((x)/((x + 2)(x^2 - 3)))^2$
