Adding gives $8 2/21$

It seems there is a problem with the question:

If it is meant to be division: $3 2/3 div 4 3/7$

Change to improper fractions: $11/3 div 31/7$

Multiply by the reciprocal: $11/3 xx7/31$

Nothing cancels. Multiply across: $77/91$
