Range $in R - {0}$

Domain :-
clearly,
$7 - 3x != 0$
$therefore x != 7/3$

So, $x in R - {7/3}$

Range :-

if $y = (ax + b)/(cx + d)$

then clearly, $y in R - {a/c}$

$therefore$ range of this function is,
