Evaluating when the denominator is zero.

The only problem that the function can have is when the denominator is zero (you cannot divide by zero).
The denominator is zero when

$3-5x=0$ that is $5x=3$ and $x=3/5$ .

So the domain is $\mathbb{R}-{3/5}$ that is all the real numbers except $3/5$ .
