The midpoint #M# of the points #(x_1,y_1)# and #(x_2,y_2)# can be found by

#M=({x_1+x_2}/2,{y_1+y_2}/2)#

Let #(x_1,y_1)=(-3,6)# and #(x_2,y_2)=(3,-6)#.

By Midpoint Formula above,

#M=({-3+3}/2,{6+(-6)}/2)=(0,0)#
