You need to change the numbers to avoid the division BY the decimal.

Multiply by 1, but used in the form $10/10$

$2.7/0.9 xx 10/10=27/9$

$27/9 = 3$

Now you can divide as usual.

Dividing INTO a decimal is not a problem, but division BY a decimal is. However this can be changed.
