The slope of y-3=0 is 0

Explanation:

y-3=0 implies y is a constant (with a value of 3)

as such its graph is a horizontal line (with slope 0)

"slope" = ("change in "y)/("corresponding change in "x)

...but for the given equation the "change in y is always going to be 0
regardless of what the change in x is
and therefore the slope will be 0
