You'll have to draw four lines:

$x=0$ which is the $y$ -axis
$x=35$ which is a vertical line
$y=0$ which is the $x$ -axis
$y=20$ which is a horizontal line

These four lines form a rectangle, and everything inside the rectangle, including the lines themselves (because of $<=$ ), form the solution.

How do you graph 0<=x<=350<=x<=35 and 0<=y<=200<=y<=20?
