$x = 2$ means for each and every value of $y$ then $x = 2$

We can easily plot 2 points:

When $y = 0$ then $x = 2$ or $(2, 0)$

When $y = 2$ then $x = 2$ or $(2, 2)$

We can now draw a line through the two points:
