x-2y>=4

Solve for y.

Subtract x from both sides.

-2y>=-x-4

Multiply both sides by -2.

y<=x/2+2

Determine two points on the line.

If x=0, y=0/2+2=0+2=2 Point=(0,2)
If x=4, y=4/2+2=2+2=4 Point=(4,4)

Plot the points and draw a straight line through the points. Then shade in the area below the line.
graph{y<=x/2+2 [-10, 10, -5, 5]}
