How do you graph y>=-1/4x+3?

You first graph y=- 1/4 x+3 and then find where your "solution" space is.

Find some convenient x's and determine the corresponding y's
x=-4->y=4->(-4,4)
x=0->y=3->(0,3)
x=8->y=1->(8,1)
But any other x's will do. Then connect these points by a straight line (two points would have been enough, but it's wise to have a third, just to check for mistakes: they should all line up).

Now everything above and including the line is part of the solution.
