Refer Explanation section.

Explanation:

y=5x^2-2x+4

Its vertex is at x = (-b)/(2a)=(-(-2))/(2 xx 5)=2/10=1/5=0.2

At x = 0.2 ; y = 5 xx (0.2)^2 - 2 (0.2) + 4 =3.8

Take a few points in either side of x = 0.2

x , y
-1.5, 18.25
-1 ,11
-0.5 , 6.25
0.2 , 3.8
0.5 , 4.25
1 , 7
1.5, 12.25
