$y=5x^2-2x+4$

Its vertex is at x = $(-b)/(2a)=(-(-2))/(2 xx 5)=2/10=1/5=0.2$

At $x = 0.2$ ; $y = 5 xx (0.2)^2 - 2 (0.2) + 4 =3.8$

Take a few points in either side of $x = 0.2$
