Since this is a linear function, you only need two points.

Explanation:

Usually x=0 is a good start. This will give you (0,-7)
The other x to choose better be even, to avoid fractions.
Let's take x=4 (just a hunch). This will give you (4,11)
Just to make sure (and check yourself in drawing) you may choose a third point x=-2->(-2,-16)

Now draw a straight line through two of the points and make sure it also goes through the third:
